- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience with travel management, expense reporting, and calendar management.
- Ability to use excellent judgment and discretion when managing sensitive information.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a changing environment.
- Ability to proactively identify approaches to solve problems.
- Excellent communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$133,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Schedule, maintain, and update calendar events, with minimal guidance. Prepare meetings for the executive or team with minimal guidance.
