The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The Global Ethics & Compliance (GEC) DT Program Manager is an experienced leadership role responsible for overseeing all projects required to meet the objectives of the Global Ethics and Compliance function including any objectives to exit the Deferred Prosecution Agreement. This role leads all RTX project managers (direct reports and not) across GEC projects. This leader is adept at engaging stakeholders to achieve program success. Success requires the ability to balance applying program management standardization and best practices with the flexibility to accommodate operational models across business units. This leader develops an overall program roadmap with critical milestones that fully addresses the technical and business requirements. The role reports to the Exec Dir for Enterprise Applications Compliance Programs and serves as the primary focal for all GEC projects.
What You Will Do:

Develops a comprehensive roadmap aligned with the short term and long-term objectives
-
Communicate the program and vision to stakeholders. Ability to tailor messaging across various audiences, from executives to project teams.

Define a unified resource management plan ensuring projects are staffed with the appropriate skillsets.

Establish and communicate a risk management process to assess, evaluate and mitigate potential threats to program budget, schedule and objectives.

Conduct stakeholder analysis to define and implement an effective communication strategy to ensure stakeholders receive timely and relevant information.

Ensure the projects operate within the overall Enterprise Services governance structure and comply with internal guidelines.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with program objectives and utilize them to track progress.

Utilize standard Program Management Tools to provide insights into program performance, highlighting accomplishments and areas for improvement.

Collaborates across legal, digital technology, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering to maintain a culture of compliance, best practice and innovation.

Partners with and other Enterprise Initiatives including SAP S4 to develop the long-term roadmap for a comprehensive company-wide solution for Global Ethics & Compliance capabilities across RTX.

Collaborates across legal, digital technology, manufacturing, supply chain and engineering to maintain a culture of compliance, best practice and innovation.

Lead and inspire a team of up to 3-5 project managers across the BUs and Corp
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically, a minimum of 12+ years’ experience in digital technology or a related role, with a strong focus on application solutions and design; and 10+ years related work experience.
-
5+ years of experience supporting aerospace and defense compliance with ITAR, EAR and similar regulatory frameworks.
-
Experience leading projects across a variety of technologies, such as ERP, PLM and MES.
-
Experience leading projects across in the areas of legal, ethics and compliance.
-
Experience leading federated programs efforts across operating units and global regions.
-
Excellent communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

The salary range for this role is 157,200 USD - 298,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
