Job Description Summary
Join the GE Aerospace Team as a key FP&A Leader supporting a highly visible Product Line. LEAP is a high-bypass turbofan engine that powers narrowbody aircraft such as the Boeing 737 Max and Airbus A320neo. It is produced by CFM International, a joint venture between GE Aerospace and Safran, and is the fastest-selling engine in aviation history.
This role reports to the LEAP Operations and FP&A Leader, and is responsible for providing the financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the LEAP Product Line. This role will lead the financial planning and budget cycles and be responsible for financial reporting for the organization while developing in depth insights to continue to optimize the organization.
The FP&A Leader will be based onsite at North Point in West Chester Twp, OH at the CES Headquarters with proximity to leadership and their teams.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the annual budget, monthly and quarterly forecasts at each channel and sub-product line level, and monthly close processes cross-functionally
- Defines KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization and establishes standards to ensure reporting meets business needs.
- Analyzes performance and proposes action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed.
- Partners with team focals and operating team to enable alignment of operational signals to financial outlook.
- Proactively works to improve standards and react to changes in business environment
- Support and lead elements of FP&A Action Plan

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, with major(s) in Finance, Accounting, and/or Economics with high academic achievement. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance / accounting
- High proficiency in Excel, including demonstrated ability to build financial models using advanced formulas and working with large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and clear communication skills
