Job Summary: |
- Reporting to the Techcon Global Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the full Techcon product offering and will be accountable for all sales numbers in the assigned region.

Job Duties: |
- The Region Sales manager (RSM) shall be responsible for all OK Internationals Customers within their defined region and brand responsibility.
- Maintain and develop professional relationship with all customers and prospective customers within their region promoting selling and supporting technically all the OK international product ranges.
- Perform regular visit to all customers and prospects to maintain the company’s presence in the markets place.
- On request provide product training to end users
- Carry out equipment demonstrations maintain and stock demonstration equipment to support this activity.
- Purse sales leads provided via the company marketing activities and other sources.
- Recorded all Customer Contact details in the Sales Force CRM system, track and record all Sales opportunities ensuring all dates are relevant to forecast timelines.
- Work with Customer Service to manage quotations and pricing applied to specific accounts and Corporate Pricing Agreements.
- Support authorised distribution channels as required in sales activities. Be the main point of contact for those channels and provide commercial advice to finance as required.
- Provide support to Broad lines as required at customer level
- Create and implement regional programs with distributors to gain mind share.
- Work with the Senior RSM for IME and Finance in leading all decisions in the region with regard to termination or appointment of Channel partners
- Ensure distribution sales staffs are trained correct by providing training directly or through another dept.
- Where appropriate work with Global accounts to gain AVL status
- Support Alpha and Beta trial and provide feedback to product management
- Attended trade exhibitions / and manage the company’s presence at such shows as required
- Be aware of competitive activities and report as appropriate
- Provide a monthly expenses report/Claim and ensure all expenses are met.
- Provide a Monthly reports to the Global Sales Director & and track key opportunities, specifically with capital equipment.
- Maintain a suitable vehicle financed through a Car Allowance
- Ensure the company Laptop and phone are maintained and any other tools provided

Work & Education Experience Requirements: |
- Computer skills required for reporting purposes, Power Point presentations, pricing and data management, MS-Word, -Excel and -Outlook.
- Established relationships and contacts within the industry, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with various management levels.
- A background in Electronics assembly and / or sales is desirable.

Skills & Education Desired: |
- Spoken and written in English to a good level
- Fluent in a second language may be required dependent upon the assigned region
- Ability to balance and determine when accounts should be serviced through distribution or directly
- Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal; solid proven background on delivering proposals and negotiating deals with corporate management.
- Full Driving License
- Ability to evaluate the market and give advice /direction to product management / engineer
- HNC/HND/ Degree preferably in an Engineering discipline or Business Management

Pay Range: Rs2,710,027.00 - Rs3,161,698.00
