This role on the Brand Partnerships and Engagement marketing team is responsible for delivering impactful programs and some highly visible partnerships with third parties that drive the business forward. The role will sit on the Partnership Management team and support a significant amount of Local Portfolio partnerships through contract negotiations, asset identification, partner relations and significant internal collaboration for partnership execution. This individual needs to have strong collaboration and communication skills, believe in the power of team, excel in a fast-paced environment, be a proven self-starter, have strong attention to detail and organizational skills. The role will manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously and act as a subject matter expert to various cross-functional teams.

- Support contract negotiations
- Support organization and execution of all partnerships under purview, inclusive of internal and external collaboration to successfully deliver contractual assets, maximize ROI and process efficiencies
- Maintain and manage organization of materials
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners, internal partners and external agency team as assigned
- Coordinate with agency partners to secure various third-party approvals for marketing materials
- Monitor and ensure delivery of assets across various contractual requirements
- Review marketing materials and provide collaborative feedback as the subject matter expert to ensure authenticity
- Support all program needs as requested, including planning, strategy and engagement
- Integrate the brand into areas of consumer passion that are identified as opportunity segments for the company
- Support execution of annual partner summit
- Comfortable working weekends as needed
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
