Boeing Supply Chain is currently looking for an Experienced Data Scientist to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
Position Responsibilities:
Performs defined data analytics tasks to meet business objectives.
Applies standard methods and algorithms, validates results and performs necessary data preparation steps.
Creation and maintenance of analysis conducted in R environment requiring understanding of R programming language.
Develops Tableau dashboards requiring experience in SQL coding.
Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
Exercises critical thinking and innovative problem solving
Acts as the initial point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by the team. Capable of effectively triaging and de-escalating issues with impacted parties
Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data analytics
Minimum of 3 years’ experience using or applying statistical and mathematical concepts to measure performance against projects to ensure high-quality delivery

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $114,000.00 - $162,000.00
