None/Not RequiredWe are seeking a pro-active and results-oriented Electrical Engineer II to join our team. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions, ensuring production timelines and quality standards are met. This role involves hands-on support, data analysis, and close collaboration with engineering and production teams to optimize performance and drive operational excellence.
This position will sit at our Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico location. Typically, 4 days a week onsite, and 1 day remote pending business needs. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation assistance is not offered.
What You Will Do:

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues related to EPS electronics products in a timely and effective manner.

Provide hands-on support, improve response times for production issues, and foster close collaboration with on-site teams.

Collaborate with existing resources to support EPS On-Time Delivery (OTD) initiatives, ensuring that production timelines and quality standards are met.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate and communicate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of technical requirements, production challenges, and enhancements.

Analyze data, track production metrics, and contribute to technical decision-making.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Experience in electronics production support, troubleshooting, or a related role in a manufacturing or production environment.

Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written)
Qualifications We Prefer:
-
Hands-on experience with test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators.

Experience reading and interpreting assembly drawings, circuit card schematics, and assembly instructions.

Relevant experience in engineering support within a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in aerospace or defense industries.

Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements for aerospace and defense products.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Experience and ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment.
