Job Summary
This position offers an exceptional opportunity to represent recruitment services to clients while managing the complete hiring lifecycle. You will serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and human resources, creating positive experiences for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Working within a dynamic, industry-leading recruitment organization, you will leverage innovative technology and strong partnerships to identify and attract top talent. Your role will focus on creatively sourcing candidate pools while collaborating with key stakeholders to meet hiring objectives and maintain competitive positioning in the marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates to present to clients in assigned client groups according to measured metrics
- Utilize deep knowledge of online sourcing and networking to identify new communities and populate talent pipelines for specific markets including Latin America and Caribbean regions
- Collaborate and strategize with key partners on projected needs and hiring objectives
- Collaborate with managers and HR partners on market data and compensation trends to maintain competitive positioning with top talent
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment including posting positions, screening applicants, generating passive candidates, presenting candidates, handling the interview process, and communicating offers

Experience
- Five years of full life cycle recruiting experience including candidate management, manager relations, scheduling, interviewing, and offer to hire process
- One year of applicant tracking systems experience, preferably ORC
- Seven years of full life cycle recruiting experience (preferred)
- Experience recruiting in the Latin America and Caribbean region (preferred)
- One year working in an OFCCP compliant recruiting environment (preferred)
Pay Rate Range
40 - 50 USD hourly
