What You Will Do:
-
Support the sustainment of large‑scale S/4HANA environments and supporting applications in partnership with MSPs or RISE with SAP providers.
-
Sustain IT operations using ServiceNow and ITSM practices, ensuring smooth service delivery and governance
-
Own vendor relationships, tracking SLAs, KPIs, and driving accountability across managed service providers
-
Develop and maintain documentation of system processes, procedures, and IT governance standards

Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM), including Active Directory and Azure AD
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Minimum of 8+ years’ experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree

IT Operations experience, overseeing infrastructure, service management

Vendor management experience, with a proven track record of holding third‑party providers accountable
-
Oversee Azure cloud environments and IT operations, with a focus on governance, vendor management, and resilience
Qualifications Preferred:
-
Experience supporting SAP or SAP S/4HANA environments
-
Familiarity with Active Directory and identity/access management (IAM)

Understanding of basic networking fundamentals (routing, firewalls, authentication).

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
