Job Description
The NBCU Advertising & Partnerships Growth Strategy team is responsible for driving growth opportunities for Peacock and the wider sales organization. Acting as strategic consultants, this dynamic team supports Ad Sales and corporate stakeholders across a wide range of initiatives including long-term strategic planning, go-to-market strategies, business case development, sales optimization, and budget planning.
As the Manager, Streaming & Growth Strategy, you will interface with business leaders across multiple functions, both inside and outside Ad Sales. We’re looking for a proactive self-starter to bring innovative thinking and strong analytical skills to help grow our business. As an integral part of a blue-chip team with significant media experience, you will impact revenue growth across Peacock & the rest of the NBCUniversal portfolio by identifying, developing, and optimizing revenue generating strategies that drive monetization goals.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Formulating the long-term advertising monetization strategy across Peacock & NBCU’s Ad Sales portfolio
- Support partnership between Ad Sales and the broader NBCU Media Group by building strategies that inform and influence company-wide decisions & assess impact to product/sales strategy and Budget/LRP
- Partner with Finance and Planning teams to update financial models, long-term forecasts, and lead scenario analyses to prioritize growth opportunities.
- Support business case analyses/development, evaluating new monetization strategies and “whitespace” opportunities that drive revenue/demand.
- Monitor key streaming metrics & drivers of revenue, elevating performance to executive level.
- Optimizing NBCU’s streaming product strategy to achieve revenue targets while being responsive to marketplace conditions and the competitive landscape.
- Play an integral role in annual strategic GTM process by supporting analyses and discussions on streaming product strategy vis-à-vis Budget/LRP targets.
- Analyze how changes in product strategy impact streaming positioning, GTM narrative & value proposition vs. competition.
- Assist in valuation of in-quarter strategies to solution for ‘gaps’ and improve in-quarter monetization.
- Regularly assess in-market performance and Sales feedback to develop new recommendations & strategies to drive demand.
- Developing C-Suite presentations to recommend or inform on advertising strategy, performance, and new opportunities for growth and investment to Ad Sales leadership and/or corporate executives.
- Support key annual presentations, and ad hoc requests with thoughtful, diligent analytics in coordination with cross-functional partners.
Qualifications
- 3+years previous relevant work experience; this could include media experience at a tech/network/streaming company, professional services (e.g., consulting, investment banking), or corporate strategy/finance.
- Strong PowerPoint skills and proven proficiency summarizing information/analyses into coherent and concise slides.
- Proven quantitative analytical abilities, including Excel modeling skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; the ability to present results of complex analyses clearly.
- Excellent organizational, time and people management skills and the ability to work in groups and independently.
- BA/BS required.
- Must possess a passion for media and strong intellectual curiosity.
Desired Characteristics:
- Previous experience working with financial models & PowerPoint deliverables. Finance/Consulting/Banking background strongly preferred.
- Passion for diving into complex concepts, defining value propositions, and collaborating with other business lines on long-term growth strategies.
- Ideal candidate is a proactive individual who possesses the ability to take initiative and perform analysis and other tasks with minimal supervision, including the ability to deal with competing priorities effectively, and work efficiently in a high-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with across all levels of the organization.
Additional Requirements:
This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $95,000-$120,000 + bonus eligible
