· Maintain, report, and update daily checklists.
· Ensure all SQL servers and instances have the latest Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) STIGs applied within 30 calendar days of release and uploaded to STIG management portals where available. Notify Government and TTM of any critical findings that cannot be remediated within 3 days of discovery.
· Manipulate database objects and develop stored procedures, stored functions, and packages when needed based on customer requirements.
· Ensure healthy and reliable data replication is maintained using technologies such as availability groups, etc.

· Conduct capacity planning and assistance with storage and architecture design.
· Review “Database Daily Checks” list on the DCD IT Portal and complete the Daily System Checks assigned. Ensure 100% completion of all CRITICAL checks completed by 0700hrs daily, all other priority checks completed by 1000hrs daily. This includes performance, data integrity, and availability checks that are created daily on SIPRNET portal with required actions. Database administrators shall complete checks and update lists with status and actions taken to resolve issues.
· Review “Database Restore Checks” list on the DCD IT Portal and complete random testing of no less than ten (10) percent of databases, on each of the supported networks, per month and annotate on SIPR no later than 1200hrs on Friday of each week. This includes ensuring the integrity of database backups and abilities to meet Recovery Point Objectives (RPO) by regularly testing backups.
· The contractor shall notify the Government of any unscheduled system outages within 30 minutes of each occurrence and add to operations log within four (4) hours.
· Provide after-hours on-site support to respond to system/application malfunctions. The contractor shall have 2 hours after notification of an issue to respond to the workplace. If after two hours on site the issue is not resolved, the contractor shall escalate the issue to the Project Manager who shall provide hourly telephonic updates to the COR and TTM until the issue is resolved.
