Roles & Responsibilities :
- Should be hands-on with full-stack development with experience in Component Development: Creating modular, editable, and reusable AEM components and templates (HTL/Sightly) that comply with UI/UX designs.
- Frontend Integration: Collaborating with backend developers to integrate frontend code with JCR, OSGi bundles, and Sling models.
- Performance Optimization: Ensuring high-performance web applications through optimized CSS/JS, client library configuration, and SEO best practices.
- System Knowledge: Working with AEM-specific tools such as CRXDE Lite, Apache Sling, and Core Components.
- Modern Workflows: Utilizing frontend build tools like Webpack, Node.js, and CI/CD pipelines in AEM Cloud Manager. Testing: Implementing unit tests (Jest) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
Must have skills :
- Hands-on experience in using AEM cloud services, such as AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) and AEM Cloud Manager.
- At least 5 years. of experience in AEM development using AEM 6.x or higher, including AEM Sites, AEM Assets, AEM Target, AEM Workflows, and AEM APIs.
- Experience with common JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS/React, etc. Working knowledge of web services development using rest API, SOAP services, etc
- Certification in AEM Developer.
