THE WORKAs a key member of Manufacturing Engineering team, you will:
* Design manufacturing processes, procedures and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation, processing, machining and material handling.
* Design arrangement of machines within plant facilities to ensure most efficient and productive layout.
* Design sequence of operations and specifies procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance.
* Adapt machine or equipment design to factory and production conditions.
* Inspect and test requirements into the production plan.
* Inspect performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action of problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
* Develop manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control, and may develop those techniques.
* Provide guidance to engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
* Ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
* Share ideas to continue to improve our processes.

Basic Qualifications:* 2 years minimum supporting MatrixOne, PMC, EPATS, SAP 3D Visual Author/Viewer, and CATIA to support Final Assembly and Flight Operations
* 2 years minimum supporting with IETMS, Military/Sikorsky Specifications, drawings, wiring diagrams, and post terminal charts
Desired Skills:* 3DExperience Super User
* 2 years minimum supporting hangar, all Programs (CH-53K, HH-60W, UH/HH-60M, MH-60R).

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
