We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team with a primary focus on network security, firewall and security policy management. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing our organization’s network security posture through effective firewall rule management, and network security policy enforcement.

Key Responsibilities

Firewall Policy Review
- Review and process firewall rule change requests, ensuring alignment with security standards and business requirements
- Conduct regular audits of firewall rulesets to identify and remove obsolete, redundant, or overly permissive rules
Security Policy Development & Enforcement
- Develop and maintain network security policies, standards, and procedures
- Implement network segmentation strategies to minimize lateral movement and contain potential breaches
- Create and maintain security baselines for network devices and services
Vulnerability & Risk Management
- Conduct regular security assessments of network infrastructure and identify vulnerabilities
- Work with infrastructure teams to remediate identified security gaps
- Review and analyze multiple disparate data sources to normalize and reconcile inventory and configuration data.
Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with network engineering, application development, and infrastructure teams to balance security requirements with business needs
- Provide technical guidance and security recommendations to stakeholders
- Create documentation and runbooks for firewall operations and incident response procedures
To Succeed In This Role
- You'll have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Here's what you can expect on a typical day in the life of an Associate Cybersecurity Analyst at ADP.
- Support: Provide analysis, status reporting and oversight on any number of global remediation campaigns
- Risk Management: Evaluate risks/vulnerabilities to prioritize and mitigate them.
- Research: Stay up to date on a constantly evolving threat landscape including following recommended security best practices.
- Communicate: From working with technical teams to understand/solve security issues to summarizing status for management teams.
- Automation: scripting and working with large data sets to drive security initiatives.
- Challenges: Across hundreds of products and a large global infrastructure, no day is the same and we must be prepared to respond to challenges presented.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $51,100.00 - USD $137,070.00 / Hour*
- Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
