The Land and Air Defense (LADS) team at Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join the Medium Range Air Defense (MRAD) Product Area as the EuroBundle National Advanced Surface to Air Missile System (NASAMS) Business Manager (M4).
The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the NASAMS system that is built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The system includes a Raytheon built Sentinel Radar, a KDA Fire Distribution Center and a Launcher that uses both KDA and RTX components.
The position, which will report into the Senior Business Manager for NASAMS programs, will provide a tremendous growth opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven finance professional. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Eurobundle Program Office, Integrated Product Team, and Functional leaders on key business decisions, will drive program financial management and controls, and will provide financial guidance and solutions to meet program needs.
In this fast-paced environment, the selected candidate must be able to deliver expected results under demanding deadlines and constraints, excel at multi-tasking, be an effective and influential communicator with all levels of the organization, be a leader and developer of teams, and bring innovative ideas to solve the toughest and most complex challenges facing the program.
This role is being offered in an onsite capacity and is based on the needs of the business. Onsite work can be done in Andover, MA. Relocation assistance is not being provided.
What You Will Do:

Be a trusted business partner with all internal and external program stakeholders to drive excellence in financial strategy and execution

Brief senior program and functional product line leaders on program and capture execution status displaying exceptional financial and business acumen

Lead and oversee development and analysis of key financial data and metrics that will aid sound business decision making; this includes earned value cost and schedule metrics, estimates at complete, long range and annual operational planning, new business and capital investment analysis, and manpower planning

Drive alignment of information between proposals, earned value management, estimates at complete, resource and investment management, and financial plans and forecasts

Drive efficiencies, agility, and speed into financial processes ensuring team has access to most up to date digital technology tools, training, and resources.

Understand and execute within the guidelines of company and business policies and procedures and ethical standards

Ability to ensure adequate financial controls that provide a balance between finance goals and operational goals

Monthly Forecasting (Bookings, Sales, Profit, Cash)

Development and support of the AOP and LRP planning activities

Provide monthly variance and data analysis
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related field & a minimum of 8 years finance work experience; OR an Advanced degree and a minimum of 5 years finance work experience

Experience with Program Controls on aerospace/defense contracts

Experience with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) concepts, systems, and/or processes

Experience with SAP tools suites or similar systems
Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Production and/or Operations financial management

Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process & Knowledge of DCS Contracts

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
