About this position

What you'll do

Create consumer centric styling concepts and solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams according to the strategic roadmap and based on deep understanding of the category and trends
Implement through the independent development, testing, consumer validation of novel and complex hair styling products to grow the styling category with mid-term market impact
Co-design, integrate and evaluate new raw materials; Develop a strong scientific understanding of raw materials characteristics, performance and interactions in the formula
Demonstrate product performance through impactful demos, and propose innovative claims
Ensure quality and business viability of the solution by conducting and coordinating all required tests (stability, safety, regulatory…) for market introduction
Follow laboratory best practices in a team environment
