About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Technology Business Systems Consultant to support Lockbox Operations as part of the broader Payment Operations group. In this role, you will:- Evaluate moderately complex business problems and provide technical assistance in identifying automated systems and related procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements
- Review and evaluate moderately complex technical business problems that can be resolved through internet or intranet based solutions
- Present recommendations for resolving business problems
- Exercise some independent judgment when developing project budgets, project plans, and schedules
- Provide information about communication between business and technology teams
- Work with business user groups to provide training, handle questions, observe user needs, and document results
Required Qualifications:- 2+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications - 5+ years of experience working with the RIDS / Vicor Lockbox platform
- Knowledge and understanding of Payment Operations / Lockbox policies and procedures
- Ability to provide level 2 production application support to resolve transmission issues to prevent client impact
- Ability to research and resolve requests
- Experience performing all system upgrade user acceptance testing functions
- Knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve defects for system upgrades
- Experience with continuous improvement projects to increase quality and efficiency
- Experience engaging with subject matter experts on both systems and operational processes
- Experience partnering with team members internationally to troubleshoot production issues and share knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations- Must be able to work on-site at one of the posted work locations
- Periodic on-call coverage on nights and weekends to provide escalated helpdesk support

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
