Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing store through effective merchandising strategies.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stock shelves and ensure inventory is well-organized and readily available for customers.
- Utilize basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales and inventory management.
- Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries via phone.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred.
- Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
