About this Position The Senior Manager – Supply Chain Development & Projects IMEA acts as a key enabler of regional supply chain transformation in line with Henkel’s Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) strategy. The role leads a team of project managers executing medium-to-high complexity initiatives and innovation projects across the IMEA region.
The position contributes strongly to regional strategy by providing analytical insights, recommendations, and hands-on execution support for strategic initiatives. The incumbent also serves as Project Manager for mega projects, including greenfield production plants and warehouse setups, ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
The role requires strong stakeholder management across regional and global functions, disciplined project governance, budget oversight for innovation investments, and continuous improvement of end-to-end supply chain processes.
What you´ll do
- Lead and deliver strategic supply chain projects across IMEA, including large-scale initiatives.
- Own and manage the regional supply chain project portfolio, ensuring prioritization and governance.
- Drive supply chain development and innovation in line with ISC strategy.
- Provide hands-on project leadership and execution support for complex initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of project managers.
- Partner with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective change management.
