Lead the creation, documentation, and ongoing refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent and efficient execution of GRC processes.

Develop and execute a long-term GRC policy and standards management strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Define and Monitor SLAs and Performance Metrics:
-
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, document, and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for customer-facing and internal services, ensuring alignment with business needs.

Leverage tools like Power BI to design and publish dashboards that provide visibility into SLA performance, process efficiency, and key metrics.
Drive Process Maturity and Automation Opportunities:
-
Engage with GRC stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs.
-
Assess the maturity of current processes and suggest/facilitate improvements to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and cybersecurity outcomes.

Recognize opportunities for process automation. Identify relevant policies and collect requirements for prioritization and capture by GRC Ops/Analytics & Automation.
Facilitate Stakeholder Adoption and Collaboration:

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless rollout and adoption of new processes and automated workflows, minimizing disruption and ensuring alignment.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders to align standards, processes, and service delivery with business objectives.
Develop and Deliver Training Programs:

Create and implement training plans to educate teams on updated SOPs, process improvements, and tools, driving compliance and operational excellence.
Enhance Customer Satisfaction and Service Delivery:

Continuously evaluate customer feedback and performance metrics to identify and implement improvements that enhance service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
Leverage CORE tools to champion and facilitate continuous improvement.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 10 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 7 years experience.

7+ years of experience in governance, risk, compliance, process improvement, or a related field with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Experience in developing, documenting, and managing standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and related process documentation.

Work experience must include Information Technology, digital policy management, digital governance, cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
-
Experience in tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms for reporting and dashboard creation.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, creatively problem solve/troubleshoot, with the ability to exercise good judgement.

Certifications such as ITIL, Six Sigma, PMP, or related process improvement credentials.

Familiarity with GRC frameworks.

Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
