The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services team:
The ServiceNow Product Manager is responsible for the strategic ownership, evolution, and delivery of ServiceNow capabilities. This role blends product management discipline, hands-on business analysis, and delivery oversight to ensure solutions drive measurable business value, strong adoption, and scalable governance in a complex enterprise environment.
This role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, platform teams, developers, and vendors—owning the product lifecycle from demand intake through roadmap execution and post-release optimization.
Qualifications You Must Have:

A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, including 5 years of experience as a Product Manager.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow
-
Strong understanding of product management practices, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and value measurement
-
Proven ability to perform business analysis, write high-quality requirements, and support delivery teams
-
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
-
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Qualifications We Prefer:

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, or domain-specific certifications)

Experience in large, highly regulated, or global organizations

Experience with ServiceNow platform

Experience partnering with system integrators or managed service providers

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
