Support day to day functions during US business hours for Traditional Investment Products (TIPs) and Product Development teams including responding to FA inquiries and requests. Provide business analyst support to strategic and tactical projects including business requirements, project management, quality assurance testing and the development of communication strategies. Participate in various product review and technology/platform committees acting as a SME for the products and the billing related topics. Responsible for the maintenance of policies and procedures, maintaining and enhancing controls, interacting with internal audit and product risk, and mitigating risks. Work with Operations on FA inquiries related to product availability, platform related issues, Product information, and real-time trading issues. Extensive knowledge of and experience with Unit Investment Trusts (UITs) or Mutual Funds and industry related topics. Excellent analytical skills and strong attention to detail. Must be proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (functions, formulas and macros). Prior experience managing strategic initiatives and experience in any traditional investment products. Strong judgment in prioritizing, evaluating and sharing information as appropriate, and determining issues requiring escalation. Ability to work independently, often on multiple assignments concurrently, while adhering to deadlines and the group's standards. Strong interpersonal, collaborative and team skills including ability to work with third party investment managers and Financial Advisors. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
