We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced entry level Asset Management Professional to work onsite in Richardson, TX. The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing daily shipping and receiving operations at the RTX facility to ensure the program’s deadlines are met. Manage assets and ensure accurate handling of program materials and products. The candidate will be the main hand off point for other execution teams. This role will be responsible for managing and keeping inventory for program use and is crucial to maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and safety within our program’s logistics processes.
What You Will Do:
Receiving and Deployment:
-
Collaborate with IPT teams to ensure Program assets are properly received and checked into asset management tracking database and program tools to view.

Coordinate the shipping of program material with internal RTX logistics teams.

Comply with program and company requirements for shipping/receiving.
-
Coordinate asset deliveries, handoffs, asset relocations and reallocations within warehouse, storage and lab areas.
Inventory Control:
-
Conduct physical inventories to ensure asset accuracy.
-
Manage and maintain inventory in asset tracking database.
-
Ensure program IUID tagging and logistics processes are fully implemented while following RTX procedures.
Planning:
Reporting:
-
Generate reports on program asset status, inventory levels, and metrics required for program demos.

Provide program leadership with insights and HW recommendations based on data.

Create documentation including packing lists, shipping documents, etc.
Customer facing and lab support:
-
Support and maintain customer service relationships with different program teams as we support their hardware management for the dev and test environment.

Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution within the development lab.
-
The candidate is expected to be self-directed, able to multi-task and prioritize work.
Qualifications You Must Have:
-
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Highly detail- and task-oriented
-
Demonstrable experience operating well within established processes
-
Familiar with basics of IT hardware (e.g., distinction between server, switch, rack, PSU, etc)
-
Possess excellent verbal and communication skills and be customer focused and organized

Experience producing formal documentation or reports.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move packages and materials weighing up to 35 pounds. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and performing manual tasks. Ability to use pallet jacks

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
