Job Summary
The Director, Enterprise Change Delivery is responsible for ensuring that change management is successfully designed, executed, and sustained across Equinix’s most critical enterprise priorities and programs. This role is embedded in the company’s highest-impact initiatives—such as Lead-to-Cash (LTC)—to ensure that delivered solutions are adopted, utilized, and sustained in day-to-day operations. Rather than operating as a general change advisory function, this role applies disciplined change leadership directly to enterprise programs, working alongside program, business, and technology leaders to ensure that the most important work in the company achieves lasting results.
Responsibilities
- Partner with executive sponsors and program leaders on the company’s most critical enterprise priorities and programs
- Ensure change management is integrated into the planning, execution, and sustainment of enterprise programs
- Focus change efforts on initiatives that materially impact enterprise outcomes, speed, and customer experience
- Align change strategy with the intent and objectives of enterprise programs such as Lead-to-Cash
- Serve as the change lead for priority enterprise programs, working directly with program, business, and delivery leaders
- Design and execute practical, outcome-oriented change approaches tailored to each program
- Ensure new processes, systems, and ways of working are adopted and utilized as intended
- Embed change considerations into operating rhythms, roles, and performance expectation
- Own adoption and utilization outcomes for enterprise programs
- Ensure changes are embedded into day-to-day operations and sustained beyond program completion
- Identify and address behavioral, organizational, and operational barriers to adoption
- Partner with leaders to reinforce accountability for sustained change
- Partner with executive sponsors and senior leaders to build alignment and visible sponsorship
- Define and track change, adoption, and utilization metrics for enterprise programs
- Partner with Value Management to validate that adoption is driving expected outcomes
- Identify gaps between program delivery and realized value and recommend corrective actions
- Provide transparent reporting on change effectiveness for enterprise initiatives
Qualifications
Knowledge & Experience
- 10–12+ years of experience leading change and adoption for large-scale enterprise programs
- Proven experience working on complex, cross-functional initiatives with executive visibility
- Experience partnering closely with program, business, and technology leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
Canada - Toronto Office TRO : 166,000 - 248,000 CAD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 155,000 - 233,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.
The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
