Role : Program Manager

Location - Bangalore

Overview:

We are looking for a Program Management professional to oversee and support multiple procurement-driven construction projects for our client. This role will act as the central coordination point between JLL, client stakeholders, and all procurement resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage program-level planning, scheduling, and execution for all assigned projects.
Coordinate between procurement teams, project managers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
Track project progress, procurement timelines, and delivery schedules.
Identify risks, roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, status updates, and presentations.
Ensure alignment of procurement activities with project objectives and timelines.
Support governance, compliance, audits, and process standardization across projects.
Facilitate communication and decision-making across cross‑functional teams.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Experience managing large construction or infrastructure programs.
Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and project lifecycle.
Proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
Ability to handle multi-project oversight in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
