Procurement Specialist – Construction Procurement

Location - Bangalore

Work Mode - 6 days (Work from Office)

We are seeking experienced Procurement Specialists with strong expertise in construction procurement to support a large-scale project for our IT-sector client. Selected resources will be responsible for end‑to‑end procurement activities across base building, fitout, MEP, and IT products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and release RFQs, collect bids, and support bid evaluations.
• Develop commercial comparison sheets and assist in negotiation preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors for documentation, compliance, and onboarding.
• Maintain procurement trackers, dashboards, sourcing calendars, and reporting packs.
• Support contract creation, PR/PO workflows, and financial compliance.
• Assist project teams in aligning procurement timelines with construction schedules.

Requirements:
• 5–6 years of procurement experience focused only on construction categories.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination abilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder-handling skills.
