Role : Program Manager
Location - Bangalore
Overview:
We are looking for a Program Management professional to oversee and support multiple procurement-driven construction projects for our client. This role will act as the central coordination point between JLL, client stakeholders, and all procurement resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program-level planning, scheduling, and execution for all assigned projects.
- Coordinate between procurement teams, project managers, contractors, and client stakeholders.
- Track project progress, procurement timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Identify risks, roadblocks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, status updates, and presentations.
- Ensure alignment of procurement activities with project objectives and timelines.
- Support governance, compliance, audits, and process standardization across projects.
- Facilitate communication and decision-making across cross‑functional teams.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Experience managing large construction or infrastructure programs.
- Strong knowledge of procurement workflows and project lifecycle.
- Proficiency in PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multi-project oversight in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent.
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred
