Description:You will be the Senior Administrative Assistant for the Tactical Missiles Advanced Programs team. Our team drives the development and execution of advanced missile solutions that protect our nation.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the Director’s office runs efficiently and the program stays on schedule.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain and optimize the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, briefings, and travel.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and related logistics.
- Support day‑to‑day operations of the program office, including document control and distribution.
- Prepare and edit presentations, reports, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the Director’s office and cross‑functional teams to ensure timely information flow.

Basic Qualifications:Must be willing to work onsite full-time.
Demonstrated highly professional demeanor
Extensive MS Office skills, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience in Concur (Travel/Expense reporting)
Experience setting up and running VTC meetings
Experience scheduling, setting up, and running multi-site meetings
Ability to multi-task and solve technical challenges quickly and under pressure (e.g., glitches in meetings or VTC connection)
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Understanding of and ability to manage SharePoint sites, shared drives, MS Teams and Channels
Experience handling sensitive information
Demonstrated ability to apply strict discretion with sensitive information regarding employee
Desired Skills:Knowledge of the Visitor Request processes and systems
Previous experience supporting director-level executives in Program Management or Functional roles.
Basic knowledge of the Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) business and overall organization including key personnel, systems, and processes.
Working knowledge of Lockheed Martin MFC policies and procedures
Familiarity with procedures for handling LM Proprietary and Export Controlled Information

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
