Direct supervision of Cell Leads (CL) and responsibility for 30+ Operators and Test Techs.

Collaboration and communication with upstream and downstream VSMs and leadership.

Utilization of knowledge of manufacturing principles, manufacturing support team roles and responsibilities and manufacturing systems in support of initiatives, projects, improvements, and efforts.

Overseeing and leading the generation, development and sustainment of product focused processes, tooling, equipment and test architecture.

Deploy and maintain lean transformation 1.5 activities in conjunction with the value stream manager and support treams
-
Deploy and maintain CORE structure, concepts and execution including but not limited to tier accountability and continuous improvement

Personnel performance input for all related functions and career development of team members including coaching and mentoring.

Perform a wide variety of sequencing, planning, scheduling, coordinating, failure triage support and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.

Track and monitor HPU performance of the team.

Strategic planning development for short term execution as well as long range planning

Define and Execute priorities relating to safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost.

Interact with support engineering, supply chain, and quality with respect to project schedules.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum five (5) years' experience.

Experience with manufacturing and/or operations.

Supervisory or managerial experience.
-
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Previous experience leading a direct team with specific deadlines, requirements or deliverables.

Knowledge of manufacturing and industrial engineering practices.

Knowledge of quality requirements relating to manufacturing environments.

Superior communication skills.

Understanding of sequencing for fabrication, assembly, installation, testing and other manufacturing operations in relation to similar type of products or processes.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
