The Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology team has an exciting* *remote opportunity available for a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Developer.
What You Will Do:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer to expand and enhance our Customer Engagement (CE) and Case Management capabilities.
This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing solutions within our Dynamics 365 platform to support enterprise-scale customer service operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and customize Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, with a focus on Case Management.
- Develop plug-ins (C#/.NET) and client-side customizations (JavaScript).
- Build automation and integrations using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, and Azure services.
- Partner directly with Product Owners and business stakeholders to refine user stories and deliver high-quality solutions in an agile environment.
- Support ongoing platform enhancements, integrations, and production stability.
What You Will Learn:
- Deep expertise in enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 CE and Case Management implementations.
- Advanced design patterns for extending D365 using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure services.
- Best practices for building scalable, secure, and supportable solutions within a governed enterprise environment.
- Exposure to cross-functional business domains supported by Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Engagement platforms.
- Agile product delivery including backlog management, story refinement, and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information System, Information Technology, or related technical field and 8+ years of hands on hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE); OR an Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field and 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
- Demonstrated experience implementing and enhancing Case Management or Customer Service modules within D365.
Strong proficiency in:
- C# and .NET for plug-in development.
- JavaScript for D365 form and UI customizations.
- Power Automate (cloud flows and integrations).
- Experience integrating D365 with Azure services and external systems.
- Solid understanding of D365 architecture, data model, security model, and solution layering.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with active participation in backlog refinement and sprint delivery.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and scalable platform solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Qualifications We Prefer:
Familiarity with Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, including:
- Copilot for Customer Service (AI-assisted case summaries, suggested responses, knowledge recommendations).
- Configuration and governance of generative AI features within D365.
- Prompt configuration and responsible AI enablement within enterprise environments
- Leveraging Copilot Studio to extend conversational experiences
- Strong proficiency in Power Pages (portal configuration and customization)
Experience integrating D365 CE with:
- Microsoft Dataverse advanced configurations.
- Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, or API Management.
- External customer portals or omnichannel solutions.
Microsoft certifications such as:
- MB-230 (Dynamics 365 Customer Service).
- PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant).
- PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical customer-facing systems.
- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to platform standards and architectural best practices.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
