Lead a growing team of 30+ finance professionals, many of which work in classified spaces on a daily basis.

Partner with the AE&S Vice President and leadership team to ensure sound business decisions are made in program implementation and new business & strategy.

Effectively manage all financials for a complex development portfolio.

Drive business financials while maintaining accountability across the programs on both short and long-term initiatives including closely monitoring & measuring performance.

Construction of the business’ Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan.

Development & oversight of financial forecasts for Bookings, Sales, Earnings, and Net Cash.

Management of internal funding for NBI, Capital, and Overhead.

Provide financial briefings and communications to customers, Finance Leadership Team, SCM/Ops, Engineering, as well as PMO VP.

Partner on new and innovative cost strategies in support of competitive procurements.
Qualifications You Must Have
-
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field and 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 10 years applicable experience.

Experience Developing a team of over 30+ financial professionals to include multiple managers and direct reports (duties will encompass performance expectations/evaluation, career development planning, team reward/recognition etc.).

Experience Managing business processes, including Estimates at Complete (EAC), Customer Reporting, Gate 5s, Working Capital Management and Earned Value.

An active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required with Special Access prior to start.

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
