Work Schedule: 8hrs/day, 5days per week, all onsite. Occasional travel will be available.
Essential Responsibilities:
Provides support to the Organization’s Configuration Manager. Provide detailed task tracking of system environment changes through a structured Configuration Management process. Utilizes collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and various tools to help organize and maintain structure on various changes. Collaborate with System Engineers and Administrators to help articulate technical proposed changes to various stakeholders. Provide periodic backlog grooming to review stale tickets and notify teammates of upcoming deadlines. Additionally, support the Organization’s Logistician with inventory management and inventory tracking. Work closely with the Program Manager to help ensure seamless support to the Customer with procurements, planned lifecycle management, and scheduling. Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Experience working with the Atlassian suite of products, specifically Jira
- Comfortable working in a ‘ticket-based’ environment
- Ability to articulate technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems with various levels of stakeholders.
- Can work independently to collaborate with various teammates
- Experience working on enterprise networks within classified environments
- Experience or working knowledge of inventory management tools
- Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task

- Required Vendor Certification: one or more of the following: Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Netapp, Pure Storage, HP, Dell, Linux+, RedHat, Atlassian, or similar. If not currently achieved, then must achieve within 6 months of hire
