The Products & Services Organization for Caterpillar’s CI Core Regions Division is hiring a Senior Parts & Service Marketing Consultant, who is a lifecycle go-to-market Specialist to lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for Wear and Maintenance products & services.
Role Summary: In this role you will be part of the Products & Services Division that is committed to understanding and solving customer challenges that extend beyond purchasing machines and parts. Our mission is to consistently understand customers’ toughest challenges deeply throughout the lifecycle, translate those challenges into solutions that genuinely address them, and empower customers, field teams and salespeople to win with clarity and confidence. The division is responsible for dealers & customers in core regions, focused on Americas North, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand.
The ideal candidate will be skilled at collaborating across a complex, global matrix to utilize deep customer understanding that delivers tailored lifecycle solutions, proactive customer engagement and modernized sales enablement.
What You’ll Do (Job Duties)
- Develop a unified Go to Market approach for Wear products and Maintenance products
- Create clear, tailored set of offerings for target customer segments
- Act as the go to market and strategy connector across Wear (Undercarriage and GET), Maintenance (Hose and Couplings, Filters and Fluids, Seals, Tubes, Hardware, Electronics, Self Service Options, Repairs), Services Development and Dealer enablement
- Lead positioning, messaging, and readiness for global and regional audiences
- Translate customer needs, data, and field feedback into actionable programs and tools
- Supports alignment across Sales, Marketing, Digital, and Product teams
- Leads data and insights projects to drive go to market & sales execution
- Partner with project management team members on key portfolio projects

- Effective Communications: Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate and lead conversations in small and large group settings

Top Candidates Will Also Have
- Experience in sales and go to market strategy
- Previous experience working with customers and dealers
- Industry product experience or marketing communications experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
This role can be located in Peoria, IL or Cary, NC. The preferred location is Peoria, IL.
Relocation assistance is available to Peoria, IL only.
Up to 25% travel globally.
Summary Pay Range:
$128,470.00 - $192,710.00
Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
