About The Role
As a CBRE Marketing Sr. Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a team that creates and implements marketing
campaigns for multiple product lines, services, and market segments.
This job is part of the General Marketing job function. They are responsible for the design, development, and execution of
marketing programs that support the organization's products and services.
What You’ll Do
- Provide informal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff.
- Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and projects. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed.
- Responsible for servicing new business development. Work with current clients to develop marketing concepts and design marketing materials.
- Serve as advertising and promotion contact for a local area office.
- Oversee the implementation of the team’s marketing campaigns. Approve and review creative, copy, and proposed timelines
- Ensure compliance with company standards, logo, and consistency of marketing materials.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for management.
- Create persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, management, or public groups.
- Apply knowledge of own discipline and how it integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems/processes.
- Exchange and explain difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle sensitive issues.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach a mutual agreement.
- Coordinate and oversee the distribution of projects to optimize team efficiency and ensure timely completion by the team.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Market Leaders, providing regular updates on team initiatives.
- Proactively resolve team and/or internal client conflicts to ensure seamless collaboration.

- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and a can-do, positive attitude
- Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
- Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
- Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
