About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented People Associate to join our People Service Center. As a Tier 1 support agent, you will be the first point of contact for employees, managers, and leaders seeking assistance with People-related inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service. Additionally, the Senior People Support Specialist will mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring consistent and efficient service delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to People-related inquiries via phone, email, or case management tools with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide accurate and timely information on People policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in resolving employee concerns, escalating complex issues to Tier 2 or subject matter experts as needed.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case notes in the case management system.
- Update and manage employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Support key People processes such as onboarding, benefits administration, and employee data changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional People teams to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
- Mentor and guide junior customer service agents, providing training and support as needed.
- Lead special projects and initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate and promote CBRE RISE values in all interactions.

- High School Diploma or GED with 2 years of job-related experience.
- Call center experience highly preferred.
- Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) and case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
