About The Role
The Program Analyst plays a key role in supporting program operations, improving processes, and ensuring teams have the data, clarity, and structure needed to deliver high‑impact results. This role works closely with cross‑functional partners to analyze program performance, streamline workflows, support planning cycles, and drive execution across multiple workstreams.
What You’ll Do
- Support day‑to‑day program operations, tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and status reports
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely execution on project commitments
- Assist in planning cycles, including roadmap development and resource assessments
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare insights to support decision‑making, including reports, presentations, and recommendations
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; highlight issues or potential optimizations
- Evaluate current processes and identify ways to streamline or increase efficiency
- Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
- Identify areas where automation, tools, or improved documentation can enhance program performance
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
- Impact the quality of own work.
- Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
- Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in program, project, or operations‑focused roles
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working in data sets, metrics, and dashboards
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, project management tools)
- Google Workspace
- Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
- Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
