Description:What You Will Be Doing Leads the development of strategic workforce plans that enable the affordable execution of Production contracts at Greenville Site Operations. Assists Production Operations interpret and define requirements necessary to deliver a capable workforce to Operations by SWBS and Task Center. Plans and facilitates hiring, deployment, and redeployment of workforce in collaboration with Production Operations leadership team, Human Resources/Talent Acquisitions and Training. Ensures necessary KSA/OJT training is implemented and managed to obtain a productive workforce for deployment to work areas and alternative shifts. Collaborates with Industrial Engineering, Program Office, Operations Leadership, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development to define and execute workforce plans. Monitors program performance with Operations leadership, collaborating and adjusting workforce plans to enable favorable cost/schedule performance. Performs taskings from leadership and managing those taskings until completion. Lead in 6S activities within the production environment to facilitate imperatives associated to Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Costs.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
