Job Description
The Financial Analyst will support the reconciliation processes across global banking operations. This role involves performing routine reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, andassistinginmaintainingdata integrity. The analyst will work closely with senior team members and stakeholders to ensuretimelyandaccuratefinancial reporting.
- Performbank and ledger reconciliations under supervision.
-Identifyand reportreconciliationbreaks and exceptions.
- Update reconciliation systems with relevant entries.
-Assistin preparing daily reports on outstanding items.
- Review aged breaks and support resolution efforts.
-Participatein team meetings and training sessions.
-Assistin root cause analysis for recurring issues.
- Support compliance checks and control activities.
- Contribute to month-end reconciliation processes.
-Assistin preparing KPI/KRI reports.
- Support documentation for audit and regulatory reviews.
-Participatein process improvement initiatives.

working hours: Based on Polish standard time (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM), with flexibility to accommodate occasional meetings with U.S.-based colleagues.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
