Job Description
This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale depending on where the candidate selected is currently residing.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role sits within Technology & Product Operations (TPO) and supports LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions (LMS) business by building and scaling enterprise Sales Performance Management (SPM) tooling.
You will focus on systems that power sales planning, territory management, segmentation, quota management, and performance tracking—ensuring the business can plan, operate, and manage revenue at scale.
You will operate as a product owner for a defined domain within Sales Technology, partnering closely with Engineering, Technical Program Management (TPM), Sales Ops, and GTM stakeholders. The role requires strong systems thinking, structured problem solving, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the infrastructure that enables LinkedIn’s global advertising sales organization to execute predictably and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive delivery for defined Sales Performance Management product areas (e.g., territory management, quota tooling, book building, planning workflows).
- Translate business requirements from Sales Ops and GTM leaders into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
- Partner with Engineering and TPM through agile development cycles to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying workflow gaps, system inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or standardization.
- Support the design and evolution of planning systems (Anaplan, Pigment), Salesforce, and 1st party territory management tools, ensuring data integrity, governance, and usability.
- Balance business needs with technical constraints, escalating tradeoffs appropriately and driving alignment across stakeholders.
- Define success metrics and track adoption, system performance, and operational impact.
- Maintain delivery artifacts (roadmaps, backlogs, PRDs, initiative trackers) and support change management and rollout activities.
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure enterprise tooling supports scalable global planning processes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 6+ years work experience in Product Management or Technical Program Management
- 2+ years working experience with GTM Ops or Sales Operations
- 1+ year experience working in a sales technology platform (e.g. Salesforce, Anaplan, Pigment, Xactly etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years working in Enterprise / scaled environment
- 3+ years work experience B2B Sales, Advertising and/or
- Sales technology certification(s)
- Experience working in or building enterprise sales performance management solutions (e.g. sales planning, territory management, quota management, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the marketplace
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment with diverse sets of stakeholders
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience working in human-centered design

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The base pay range for this role is $112,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
