Candidate must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Greater Pittsburgh, PA area. Approximately 75% travel throughout the Northeast region will be required for this role, with approximately 7 overnights per month expected. Company vehicle provided.
- The Director of Sales - Property & Casualty Insurance (DOS) leads, trains, motivates, and supports a team of Account Executives (AE).
- The DOS develops or enables the development of new and expanding business opportunities.
- The DOS is responsible for the acquisition of new accounts as well as the retention and service to existing accounts.
- The DOS will facilitate the integration of AE's into a sales operating area for all the P&C products.
- The DOS must manage the overall aggregate and individual AE production based upon our acquisition model and the use of our business planning processes and tools.
- Additional responsibilities include handling special projects, such as assisting the National Accounts prospecting efforts or working cross functionally to support the Ally brand growth.
