Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead our financial analysis efforts and drive informed decision-making across the organization. Duties
- Lead the preparation and interpretation of detailed financial statements in accordance with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Develop robust financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Conduct thorough analysis of profit & loss statements, cost accounting data, and investment performance to identify opportunities for profitability enhancement.
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyze financial sales data, pricing strategies, and revenue trends to optimize profit margins.
- Prepare clear, comprehensive financial reports that communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial software utilization for efficient data management and reporting accuracy.
- Provide leadership in forecasting efforts by analyzing market trends, investment opportunities, and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
- Proven experience in financial analysis within a corporate environment, with a strong understanding of IFRS, GAAP.
- Extensive knowledge of corporate finance principles including budgeting, cost accounting, pricing strategies, and profit & loss management.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical accounting practices and financial statement preparation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with advanced financial software tools and systems for data analysis and report generation.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing detailed financial reports and presenting insights clearly across departments.
- Experience working within public accounting or consulting firms is a plus; familiarity with investment analysis is advantageous.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
