Job Summary:
The Senior Talent Management professional is responsible for implementing site or regional talent management strategies, processes, and programs. This role leverages enterprise standards and adapts them to meet the unique needs of the organization, focusing on attracting, assessing, developing, managing, and retaining a high-performing talent pool. By acting as a strategic partner, the incumbent ensures that talent management practices aligning with organizational goals and drives sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a thought leader in talent management, providing expert guidance and support to business and HR leaders on talent-related matters, including the adoption of innovative programs and technology solutions.
Advise management on evaluating the effectiveness of talent management practices and propose actionable improvements to optimize talent outcomes.
Lead and facilitate change management efforts related to talent programs, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure talent strategies are tailored to regional and site-specific needs while maintaining consistency with enterprise standards.
Monitor and analyze talent metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field

Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Apply structured critical thinking techniques to analyze situations, organize relevant data, and reach well-informed decisions. Participate in risk assessment and consideration of alternatives to ensure optimal outcomes.
Influencing: Utilize persuasive communication and active listening skills to impact decisions within and beyond the organization. Identify key stakeholders and present ideas effectively to drive organizational change.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Demonstrate strong self-management by balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and objectives, adapting to changing demands without compromising productivity.
Problem Solving: Employ diagnostic tools and fact-finding techniques to recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process challenges. Engage stakeholders to develop and implement effective resolution strategies.
Data Gathering and Reporting: Collect, interpret, and report talent-related data to inform needs analysis and strategic planning. Customize reporting to address specific client and organizational requirements.
Leadership Development: Design and implement leadership development programs, adhering to best practices and guidelines. Assist in budgeting, talent identification, and assessment to build a robust leadership pipeline.
Talent Management: Execute campaigns for attracting and retaining top talent, evaluate competencies, and coordinate recognition programs. Analyze development needs and maintain a roster of high-potential employees to support organizational growth.
Training and Development: Assess learning needs and implement training initiatives that enable employees to achieve tactical and strategic objectives focused on production needs. Develop and deliver instructional programs using diverse methodologies and provide ongoing support to learners.
Additional Information:
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
This position is five-day a week in-office model.
This position will require travelling up to 10% of working time (Domestic and International).
