Talent Management Senior Supervisor is responsible for designing, implementing, and enhancing site or regional talent management processes, programs, and practices that aim to attract, evaluate, develop, manage, and retain the organization's talent pool. This role leverages enterprise standards while adapting them to meet the unique needs of the organization. The Manager serves as a strategic partner, ensuring that talent initiatives align with business goals and foster a culture of growth and high performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as a thought leader in talent management, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and drive best practices.
Providing expert guidance and support to business and HR leaders on talent management-related issues, responding to queries, and offering actionable advice.
Collaborating closely with upper management to assess the effectiveness of existing talent management strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions.
Facilitating organizational change management initiatives related to talent management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
Leading a team of talent management professionals, promoting collaboration with Centers of Excellence, and serving as a trusted advisor to business and HR partners.

Data Gathering and Reporting: Detects patterns in data, produces clear reports, customizes data collection to client needs, interprets results, and participates in needs analysis projects.
Succession Planning: Identifies internal talent with succession potential, maintains HR-business relationships, supports employee development, manages succession planning documentation, and develops core roles for succession.
Talent Management: Implements talent attraction campaigns, evaluates candidate competencies, coordinates reward and recognition programs, assesses current employee competencies, and maintains a roster of high-potential employees.
Training and Development: Conducts learning needs assessments, implements training programs, evaluates learning outcomes, supports self-study participants, and develops both live and media-based instructional materials.
Additional Information:
Location: Santa Catarina, Nuevo Leon.
This position is five-day a week in-office model.
This position will require travelling up to 10% of working time (Domestic and International).
