As anAdvisorPeople & Culture within the DE & ESPN International segment, you willsupport the TWDC Balkans team by delivering a comprehensive HR generalist service to the Balkans locations – Bulgaria, Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia, including one related to payroll and personnel administration,compensation and benefits,data maintenance in HRM systems, health and safety, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development, performance management, and other processes related to the personnel management within the company.
This role will require you to be working 4 days a week in our office and 1 day from home.

What You Will Do
Support recruitmentprocessup to an expert level,identifyingcandidate sources acrossBalkans, posting job ads,organizingandfacilitatinginterviews, providing feedback, etc.
Work in close collaboration with external providers of HR-related services, including payroll providers, insurance companies and brokers, labor medicine bureau, sports services providers, staff leasingagency, training companies, etc.
