Be the single point of contact for current and new Henkel customers while interacting and collaborating internally with relevant departments to meet customer expectations and needs.
What you´ll do
- Handle customer questions and provide information to resolve any issues, manage orders and deliveries providing high quality customer service;
- Full accountability for customer experience, acting as a single point of contact for customers, adopting customer centricity mindset within day-to-day interactions (set and meet expectations, stress-free experience, maintain a positive & professional demeanor);
- Identify opportunities using customer feedback, share insights with the relevant functions and ensure proper follow-up;
- Process Sales documentation and related administrative tasks;
- Maintain customer relationship and contact with logistics service provider, cooperation with cross-functional teams;
- Keep monitoring of orders;
- Create delivery note and invoice in the system;
- Track customer open orders and shipments;
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly administrative tasks;
