Join Caterpillar’s Integrated Components Division (ICD) and help shape the future of financial decision-making in a dynamic, innovative environment. This position within the Global Product and Modern Manufacturing Technology finance team will offer the opportunity to interact with team members across the division and within Global Finance.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting for Modern Manufacturing Technology (MMT). This role provides the opportunity to develop leadership skills and demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and financial analysis skills. The incumbent will look at existing processes and find efficiencies and ways to apply technology solutions.
What You’ll Do
Demonstrate ownership of forecasting and reporting functions, acting as liaison between MMT and the division consolidations team
Lead initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
Translate complex financial data into clear, compelling presentations for business partners
Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
Collaborate cross-functionally to solve challenges with a customer-first mindset
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Effective communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering tailored solutions
Experience gathering and analyzing data from diverse sources to drive decisions
What Sets You Apart
2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Strong FP&A background either at the corporate or business unit level
Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI
Demonstrated ability to drive efficiencies in recurring processes
Team-oriented with strong initiative and interpersonal skills

Summary Pay Range:
$89,210.00 - $133,810.00
