Join Caterpillar’s Integrated Components Division (ICD) and help shape the future of financial decision-making in a dynamic, innovative environment. This position within the Global Product and Modern Manufacturing Transformation finance team will offer the opportunity to interact with leaders across the finance, the product organizations and Modern Manufacturing Transformation (MMT)—delivering insights that power smarter decisions and greater impact.
This Senior Accounting Consultant will be responsible for finance business partnering activities for Modern Manufacturing Transformation and ICD tariff reporting and governance. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your work and impact will be highly visible at all levels of the company. While this role does not have any direct reports, it does directly lead and influence decisions. The role provides the opportunity to further develop leadership abilities and demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and financial analysis skills.
What You’ll Do
Be a trusted business advisor to the Modern Manufacturing Transformation team, providing financial and strategic support
Act as the tariff expert within ICD, supporting sourcing projects, mitigation efforts and regular reporting to the Enterprise team
Support finance leadership with executive-level reporting and presentations
Provide regular project status updates to leaders at all levels of the organization
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to achieve shared deliverables

Summary Pay Range:
$147,760.00 - $221,640.00
