Job Summary and Qualifications
Performs confidential secretarial duties for the Director of Food & Nutrition., maintains financial, deposits department monies, prepares monthly reports, answers and coordinates calls, schedules appointments.
What qualifications you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in proper grammar, spelling, & ability to proof read post-graduate level documents
- Training in the operation of business technology & software (Computer, phones, etc)
- Interpersonal poise and dexterity
- One-year experience as a secretary/office manager or other applicable experience preferred
