Role Overview:
You will sit at the centre of factory execution. Your role is to plan, coordinate and drive production logistics across machines, people and materials to ensure we hit quality and on-time delivery targets. You synchronize schedules, manage constraints, remove bottlenecks and ensure the shop floor runs at peak efficiency.
This is a high-leverage operational role in a fast-scaling distributed manufacturing network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage daily and weekly production schedules across CNC machines and teams
- Coordinate labour, materials, tooling and inspection capacity
- Work closely with machinists, CAM programmers and quality engineers to ensure smooth job flow
- Monitor throughput, machine utilisation, OTD and WIP levels
- Identify bottlenecks using time studies and workflow analysis
- Escalate and resolve production conflicts quickly and decisively
- Ensure MasonOS data accuracy for scheduling and job tracking
- Support new part introduction and ramp-up planning
- Drive continuous improvement in factory layout, sequencing and logistics
- Maintain clear communication between engineering, sales and operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing operations, production planning or factory coordination
- Strong understanding of CNC machining environments
- Ability to think in systems: capacity, constraints, sequencing and throughput
- Comfortable working on the shop floor in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- High ownership mindset with bias for action
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Theory of Constraints
- Exposure to aerospace or defence production environments
- Data-driven mindset with comfort analysing operational metrics

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
