Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a First-Line Facilities Multi-Services Manager (Level K) to support the Manufacturing Operations Support and Logistics (MOS&L) organization supporting the 737 Commercial Airplane Program onsite in Renton, Washington.
This Manager will operate within the Renton MOS&L sub organization that covers the Central Puget Sound Sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for the Product Services Shim & Router shop supporting operations for the 737 Program. The successful candidate will manage work teams with a varied work statement, including Equipment Services, Motive Operations, Crane Operations, Airplane Assist, Shim and Router shops, Tooling shops, Production Assist, NW Dispatch Center, Innovation Center and many more. The work teams are made up of hourly personnel that perform the machining and fabricating of fitted parts through shim production and wing panel router.
Position Responsibilities:
Develops and executes Standard Work and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management and leads process improvements
Follows and implements the Boeing Production System
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, business partners and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees utilizing the Boeing Production System
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role
1+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly processes and procedures
1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience leading manufacturing operations
1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)
1+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, guiding, and leading teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: $137,500 - $157,500
